How to feel like a beautiful butterfly in our quarantine cocoons

Living in quarantine doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go. In fact, it’s the perfect time to take better care of your skin, hair and body. Think about it… we have about 4-6 weeks at home. Why not use this time to set up positive routines as better habits.
Let’s repair our hair, strengthen our bodies, and improve our skin!
Speaking of skin- you can start improving yours right now with stuff from your kitchen. Some ingredients that are tasty and can help your skin glow-- you can use honey in face wash or mask.

How To Use:
As a face wash, simply scoop up a teaspoon or so of honey and warm up in your hands. Apply to your face and gently rub in circular motion to loosen up dirt and oils. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry!
As a mask, apply a thin layer of honey onto clean skin. Let sit for 20 minutes, and rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
Now that the weather is getting a little nicer and the days are getting longer, cheerful ingredients like lemon and yogurt can also be used to make a face mask. They literally brighten the skin since lemon contains vitamin c and yogurt is full of lactic acid, both of which lighten your skin tone.
Benefits include:

Lightens dark spots and age spots
Removes under eye circles
Hydrates
Treats acne
Exfoliates
Prevents aging
How to make a lemon and yogurt face mask
Don’t use this mask daily, as it can cause irritation. I suggest using weekly, depending on your skin type.
What you’ll need:
1 tablespoon of plain, unflavoured, all natural yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Apply a thick layer on to your face.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Rinse with warm water. Pat dry and moisturize.
