Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
Apply a thick layer on to your face.
Leave on for 15 minutes.
Rinse with warm water. Pat dry and moisturize.

How to do a facial tea steam:
Grab a big fluffy bathroom towel.
Tie your hair back.

Reduce the heat and simmer for a few minutes more.
Carefully pour the water into your sink or bowl.
Take a seat and lower your head about 6 inches above the sink or bowl.
Raise or lower your head to increase or decrease the heat and steam.
Steam your face for about 10 minutes.

Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to your mouth and swish it around for 15-20 minutes. The oil breaks down the bacteria and plaque and dissolves it. Spit it out when you’re done and give your mouth a rinse with some water.
Baking soda, Honey and Lemon Face Mask
This mask does it all- it cleanses, soothes, hydrates and calms your skin.
Lemon is antibacterial.
Honey is soothing and hydrating.
Baking soda is mildly exfoliating and anti-inflammatory.
How To Make Lemon, Honey, Baking Soda Mask
You’ll need:
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil
2 Tablespoons of baking soda
1 Tablespoon of honey
Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste. If it’s too runny, add a little more baking soda. If it’s too thick, add a little water.
Apply to clean skin and let sit for 5-15 minutes, depending on your sensitivity. Lemon can be harsh on sensitive skin so be cautious.
Rinse with water and pat dry.
Moisturize.
